WHAT WE DID
As the appointed receivers across the whole scheme we:
- secured control of the site and appointed new managing agents
- resolved historic service charge issues
- terminated an agreement with the car park operator, recovered arrears and brought in a new provider
- implemented a full marketing campaign resulting in a successful sale in excess of £20m
