Director
James is Fraser Real Estate’s technical head for recovery and restructuring procedures. He joined the business in 2017, bringing over 9 years of experience in dealing with property recovery and restructuring, across all property sectors. James takes a lead case management role, ensuring all relevant duties are performed, including the development and implementation of strategies to maximise recoveries for the client.
Having developed an expertise in the Law of Property Act (Fixed Charge) Receiverships, James has been appointed as a joint Receiver on over 100 properties. He is also involved in advising Insolvency Practitioners on distressed property positions.
